Meet Ellie Hall
Named after hotel visionary Craig Hall’s mother, Ellie was a confident trailblazer for women’s rights and was a compassionate teacher and artist who always looked for the beauty in life, possessing a resolutely independent spirit. One of her greatest pleasures in life was gathering friends and loved ones to share a delicious meal and spirited conversation, a communal endeavor that brought her immense joy. It is in this spirit of togetherness and joie de vivre that Ellie’s was created.
Welcome to the family.

Toast of the Town
Looking for the perfect pre-event or post-event location? Or perhaps you enjoy live music at Ellie’s Lounge as you sip specialty cocktails or your favorite wine vintage. With an elegant Steinway grand piano as its centerpiece, top local entertainers fill the room in perfect harmony while you sit back and relax.
Ellie's offers my favorite Artisan Cheese & Charcuterie in town, but my new favorite go to lunch highlight is the Sweet Corn & Marjoram Ravioli...yum! We are so lucky to have such an artful and inspired space to dine in the beautiful Dallas Arts District.
